Intended Use:

Contraindications:
Do not use Sermorelin if:

• You are allergic to Sermorelin or any ingredients in the injection
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have active or past cancer unless explicitly cleared by an oncologist

Warnings & Serious Risks:

• Allergic reactions: May include itching, rash, or swelling at the injection site. Systemic allergic responses are rare but require immediate medical attention.
• Hormonal effects: Sermorelin affects the hypothalamic-pituitary axis and may alter levels of growth hormone and IGF-1. Monitoring is recommended.
• Metabolic effects: Changes in blood glucose, fluid retention, or appetite may occur.

Drug Interactions:

• May interact with glucocorticoids (e.g., prednisone), which can blunt its effectiveness
• Use caution with thyroid medications, as Sermorelin may alter hormonal balance

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Sermorelin injections are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Safety in these populations has not been established.

Administration:
Administer subcutaneously into the abdomen or thigh once daily, typically at night. Follow your provider’s instructions for injection technique, rotation, and dosage.

Storage:
Refrigerate between 36°F and 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze. Protect from light. Use within the timeframe provided by your pharmacy after reconstitution, if applicable.

Emergency Situations:
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience difficulty breathing, widespread rash, or signs of a severe allergic reaction. Call 911 in case of emergencies.
