Important Regulatory Note:
Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that is not FDA-approved as a standalone product for testosterone support. Compounded enclomiphene capsules are prepared by licensed pharmacies under provider supervision and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality.

Intended Use:
Enclomiphene is prescribed to support natural testosterone production in men with secondary hypogonadism (low testosterone due to inadequate signaling from the brain). It works by stimulating luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which in turn promote testicular testosterone synthesis. It is often used as a fertility-preserving alternative to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

Contraindications:
Do not use if you:

• Are allergic to enclomiphene or any ingredients in the capsule
• Have a history of hormone-sensitive cancers (e.g., prostate or breast cancer)
• Have liver disease, undiagnosed testicular masses, or uncontrolled thyroid disorders

Warnings & Serious Risks:

• Visual disturbances: Rare cases of blurred vision, floaters, or light sensitivity have been reported
• Mood changes: May include irritability, aggression, or anxiety in some individuals
• Thromboembolic events: SERMs may increase risk of blood clots in rare cases
• Liver strain: Monitor liver function if used long term
• Testicular discomfort or enlargement: Report persistent pain or swelling
  
  

Common Side Effects:

• Headache
• Nausea
• Hot flashes or flushing
• Mood swings or emotional sensitivity
• Increased libido or temporary anxiety
• Mild weight gain or fluid retention

These side effects are often transient and dose-dependent.

Drug Interactions:

• May interfere with testosterone replacement therapy, aromatase inhibitors, or fertility medications
• Use caution when combined with anticoagulants or hepatic enzyme inducers

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Enclomiphene is not intended for use in women and should never be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Administration:
Take orally once daily or as directed. It is typically taken in the morning with or without food. Follow your provider’s schedule for hormone monitoring (testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol, etc.).

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Keep tightly sealed and away from children.

Emergency Situations:
Stop use and seek immediate medical attention for chest pain, shortness of breath, vision loss, or signs of allergic reaction. Call 911 for life-threatening symptoms.
