Women’s Passion Cream is a compounded topical medication containing vasodilators and dopamine agonists. It is not FDA-approved and is prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under prescription. It has not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing standards.

Intended Use:
This medication is used to enhance female sexual arousal and pleasure by increasing genital blood flow, improving sensitivity, and supporting mental and physiological aspects of arousal. It is typically prescribed for women experiencing low libido, difficulty with arousal, or diminished genital response.

Active Ingredients and Actions:

  • L-Arginine (6%) – boosts nitric oxide for vasodilation
  • Sildenafil (2%) – PDE5 inhibitor, increases blood flow
  • Apomorphine (3%) – dopamine agonist, may increase desire

Contraindications:
Do not use if you:

  • Are allergic to L-arginine, sildenafil, apomorphine, or any ingredient in the formulation
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a history of hypotension (low blood pressure), heart disease, or stroke
  • Are currently taking nitrates or blood pressure medications
  • Have a seizure disorder or a dopamine sensitivity (e.g., Parkinson’s disease)

Warnings & Serious Risks:

  • Cardiovascular effects: Sildenafil and apomorphine may cause low blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting
  • Neurological symptoms: Apomorphine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, or syncope
  • Vulvar irritation or hypersensitivity: Discontinue if redness, swelling, or burning occurs
  • Drug absorption: Although topical, some systemic absorption may occur — caution advised in those with cardiovascular or neurological disorders
  • Drug interactions: Risk of adverse effects increases when used with other vasodilators, antidepressants, or blood pressure medications

Common Side Effects:

  • Genital warmth, tingling, or mild swelling
  • Redness or irritation at the application site
  • Dizziness or lightheadedness
  • Mild nausea
  • Headache

These effects typically resolve within 1–2 hours and diminish with regular use.

Drug Interactions:

  • Nitrates or nitric oxide donors (e.g., nitroglycerin) – may cause severe hypotension
  • Alpha-blockers or blood pressure medications – use with caution
  • CNS depressants – may increase dizziness or fatigue
  • Antidepressants – may interact with dopamine agonists

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
This product is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation due to its vasoactive and dopaminergic ingredients.

Administration:
Apply a small amount (pea-sized) to the clitoral and vulvar area as directed, typically 10–30 minutes before sexual activity. Do not exceed prescribed dosage. Wash hands after application. Avoid use on broken skin.

Storage:
Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. Keep tightly sealed and out of reach of children.

Emergency Situations:
Seek immediate medical attention for chest pain, severe dizziness, visual changes, prolonged genital swelling, or signs of allergic reaction. Call 911 for life-threatening symptoms.
