What is Glutathione?
Glutathione is the antioxidant your cells make for themselves, often called the master antioxidant because nearly every cell depends on it to handle oxidative stress and to run detoxification. Levels fall with age and stress, and injections are used to support that work, along with immune function and the clarity of your skin.

FAQ
Why Choose Glutathione Over Other Antioxidants?
Glutathione is known as the master antioxidant because it supports every cell in your body, enhancing detoxification, immunity, and skin health. Where most antioxidants act on one part of that picture, glutathione is the one your cells already use to run all of it.
How Is It Taken?
Typically as a small intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. Your provider sets the dose and the schedule for your goals, and can adjust either at any point through messaging.
What Can I Expect?
Most people notice improved energy, clearer skin, and a greater sense of overall well-being within weeks, with continued benefits over time. Results vary from person to person and no outcome is guaranteed.
What are the side effects of Glutathione injections?
Glutathione is generally gentle. The most common effects are mild: a little redness or soreness at the injection site, headache, flushing, or passing nausea. Serious reactions are rare, and your provider screens your history first, including a condition called G6PD deficiency, so glutathione is only prescribed when it is right for you.
Who should not use Glutathione?
Glutathione is not the right fit for women with G6PD deficiency, uncontrolled asthma or a previous breathing reaction to glutathione, or a known allergy to any ingredient, and it is generally avoided in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Your licensed provider walks through all of this with you before anything is prescribed.
Is Glutathione FDA approved?
No. Glutathione through Elara is a compounded product. Compounded medications are personalized to your prescription and dispensed by licensed US pharmacies after a telehealth consultation with a licensed provider. They are not FDA approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.
