Enclomiphene

TRT provides external testosterone, which can suppress sperm production. Enclomiphene supports the body’s own natural testosterone production, often maintaining fertility and avoiding some of the side effects associated with TRT.

Typically once daily, but your provider will guide you on the best routine for your needs.

Some people may experience mild headaches or temporary mood changes as their hormone levels adjust. These usually fade quickly. Your provider will review your health history before anything is prescribed.

Elara provides Enclomiphene in 6.25 mg, 12.5 mg, and 25 mg capsules, allowing providers to tailor therapy to your specific needs and response.

Everyone’s timeline is different. Many men see energy, mood, and sexual health improve within weeks, with a full lab review at 8 to 12 weeks.

Men with certain medical conditions or histories may not be good candidates. A provider will review your health background during your consultation.

Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that is not FDA-approved as a standalone product for testosterone support. Compounded enclomiphene capsules are prepared by licensed pharmacies under provider supervision and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality.

Do not use if you are allergic to enclomiphene or any ingredients in the capsule, have a history of hormone-sensitive cancers (such as prostate or breast cancer), have liver disease, undiagnosed testicular masses, or uncontrolled thyroid disorders, or are currently using anabolic steroids, testosterone therapy, or certain SERMs or anti-estrogens without guidance. Enclomiphene is not intended for use in women and should never be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Visual disturbances: rare cases of blurred vision, floaters, or light sensitivity have been reported. Mood changes: may include irritability, aggression, or anxiety in some individuals. Thromboembolic events: SERMs may increase the risk of blood clots in rare cases. Liver strain: monitor liver function if used long term. Testicular discomfort or enlargement: report persistent pain or swelling.

Headache, nausea, hot flashes or flushing, mood swings or emotional sensitivity, increased libido or temporary anxiety, and mild weight gain or fluid retention. These side effects are often transient and dose-dependent.

May interfere with testosterone replacement therapy, aromatase inhibitors, or fertility medications. Use caution when combined with anticoagulants or hepatic enzyme inducers. Always inform your provider of all medications and supplements you are taking.

Stop use and seek immediate medical attention for chest pain, shortness of breath, vision loss, or signs of an allergic reaction. Call 911 for life-threatening symptoms. Report adverse effects to your provider or the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or www.fda.gov/medwatch.
