Sermorelin

Sermorelin is not growth hormone. It is a synthetic analog of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), so it signals your own pituitary gland to make and release more growth hormone rather than replacing it. Because the hormone still comes from your own pituitary, your body keeps its natural feedback controls, which is the main reason providers reach for it instead of synthetic HGH.

Sermorelin is typically a small subcutaneous injection taken at night, before bed, to follow your body's own growth hormone release cycle. Your provider sets the dose and the schedule based on your health history and your goals, and can adjust either at any point through messaging.

The most common are at the injection site: redness, irritation, itching, swelling, or pain. Less commonly, people report headache, flushing, dizziness, nausea, sleepiness, or a change in taste.
